Located West of the Sand Hollow Reservoir in Southern Utah, the Sand Hollow Resort will be the envy of all resorts nationwide. Much is still under Construction, including: Custom Home Sites, Resort Homes, and Vacation Villas. The resort will feature every amenity and option imaginable from ATV riding and reservoir waterskiing to a private (members only) water park built within the complex on an existing, huge, sand stone rock formation. The Sand Hollow Resort amenities will feature an amazing 27-hole professional golf course, high end day spa, shopping, athletic center, and water park.
Custom Home Sites, Resort Homes, and Vacation Villas
Custom Sand Hollow Lots will be available in the beginning of August 2007 and will be priced from the mid $100's. Build your custom plan on any selected lot. Choose from our preferred builders and plans or bring your own.
Resort Sand Hollow Homes will be available in the beginning of August 2007 and will be priced from the upper $300's. Choose from one of the Resort Home plans and watch as your new home takes shape. Truly a "no worry" process from start to turning the key in the door of your new home. We'll take care of everything. Even optional furniture packages are available.
Vacation Villas will be available in Spring of 2008. Pricing to be announced. The Sand Hollow vacation villas will feature luxurious condominiums ranging from 1600 square feet, 3 bedroom units to 4000 square feet, and a 6 bedroom elevator accessible penthouse. Golf course views and first class amenities, including fine dining, spa, golf, sports, pools and slides.
